a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to our website and services, including but not limited to designs, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of Iyomi Ashira
b. Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use our services for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Iyomi Ashira reserves the right to deny refunds based on its own self-discretion and without notice or liability to the Client. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Should the Client request a refund during the first month of use, all materials produced by Iyomi Ashira are ownership of the company and are prohibited from being used by the Client in any way.
If a refund is deemed to be appropriate, there will be a 50% fee assigned to the remaining billable period.
Iyomi Ashira reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against the Client for breach of this paragraph.

b. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold DesignGears harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of our services.
a. Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our website and services at any time without prior notice.
b. Termination: We may terminate a user’s account and access to our services for any violations of these Terms of Use.
